Hello everyone!!!     I'm new in here and excited to learn about healthy food with the help of NutriLiving.     

Any suggestion on how to start?

 

Hola Esthela! I think the best way to start is by creating nutriblasts with recipes from the book or from this page, there is no right or wrong way to do it. The forum and articles are great to read, you'll learn about nutrition, health, and many interesting tips about how to keep your ingredients/nutriblasts fresh. Also, there's a search bar in the home page that you can use to search about specific topics (for some reason that search bar has been really hard to find for many users). I've been doing this for a year and it changed my life! So don't get discouraged, one nutriblasts a day for breakfast is a good place to start. Good luck y arriba Mexico! :)

Thank you Roberto! I've been reading articles and I'm beginning to understand what this is all about. I'm sure nutriblast recipes will help me and my family feel and be healthier! Now on my way to a new way of eating! And yes, arriba México!
