I have been going over recipes again and see that they call for water or liquid to max line. I have the tall cup and follow recipes, using about 1 1/2 cup water or almond milk, and cup ends up with about 20 oz or more already to drink. I try to drink at one time. Should I just drink half? I had thought to substitute 2 meals per day with a Nutriblast but have not been able to get to that due to volume. I use what fresh veggies I can buy, alternating, also limit fruit serving as I am Diabetes type2 and overweight.
