Hi, newbie here who's having problems creating my blasts, I'm not following a particular recipe at the moment but out of the 3 I've created they all look disgusting and I'm sure the taste could be better, I used kale, goji berries, strawberries, raspberries and banana and in a different one it was spinach, blueberries, strawberries, apple and pears, any hints on what I'm doing wrong would be much appreciated, thanks.

I'd start with some recipes we have here on NutriLiving! Hopefully you'll start to see the type of combinations that you enjoy. You can also search for recipes that include your favorite ingredients. If you love peppermint, try this one - it is amazing :) Candy Cane Blast 1 frozen banana 1/2 cup frozen pitted cherries 2 Tbsp vanilla protein powder 1/4 tsp vanilla extract 1/4 tsp peppermint extract 1 Tablespoon almond butter 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

I would try another website on healthy smoothies. I like Ryan Carmody at healthy smoothiehq.com

I find that the more lemon I add to kale or spinach juice the easier it goes down.
