are Organic Hothouse Cucumbers the same as Organic Cucumbers?  (ok to put in NutriBlasts)  Also, for Olive Oil, does it have to be Extra Virgin?  Thank you.

Cucumbers can be divided into three categories: the field-grown slicing or table varieties, the much smaller, also field grown, pickling varieties and the greenhouse or hot house varieties grown under artificial light. Here's a breakdown of the different types...you'll see hothouse under the English Cucumber section. http://www.foodsubs.com/Squcuke.html For olive oil, it does not have to be extra virgin, however this type of olive oil is the best if consuming in raw form. Make sure it is cold-pressed, organic to ensure it is the best quality!

Almost all of the blasts outline in the book are low in cholesterol. Any time you are adding fresh fruits and vegetables you are providing your body with important nutrients to decrease cholesterol levels. Throw in a couple almonds for additional cholesterol fighting properties. Try this blast for lowering cholesterol: Sweet Heart -50% mixed greens -1 frozen banana -1/2 cup frozen raspberries -10 hazelnuts -2 tbs raw cacao -1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract -water: top with water to MAX LINE and extract
