How do i fit all the ingredients?

OK, so I tried to make the toxin cleansing blast this morning and couldn't fit all of the ingredients in the tall cup. What am I doing wrong? I got in the spinach, banana and pear but couldn't fit the apple and pineapple. Thanks!

I don't know that you are doing anything wrong. I have the same problem EVERY time I do a blast. Cup is not big enough, IMO. I fill it with my ingredients and just smash them down and then add water. Are you using a whole fruits? You may have to cut the amount in half. Maybe, hopefully, someone else has better suggestions!
The smaller you cut the fruits and veggies, the more you will fit in.
Fruit and vegetable sizes can vary. As long as you are getting all the ingredients into your blast it is ok to use less than the specified amounts. These recipes are guidelines for healthy Blasts, but slight modifications will not decrease the overall health benefits you receive.
I add a lot of ingredients! I start with spinach, cucumber, carrot, blueberries,ginger and a cup of almond milk (that I made) I cut everything into 1 inch cubes. I grind up all up and open it back up and add pineapple and grind away. My husband likes banana in his and I add a half one at the end.
I put in what ingredients I can fit screw blades TIGHT blast till motor starts to slow down,remove blades pour about 5oz. into another glass,add remaining ingredients,blast away.consume enough to pour 1st batch back in again,blast again
