Virge, I'm no expert, but if you are doing one of the phase one green drinks, that's not really a meal replacement--you may need to add a little something to your morning. I typically have my blast of kale or spinach, half a banana, half an apple and almonds with water very early--between 4 and 6 am depending upon my schedule" then a bowl of steel cut oats, plain!, at around seven am. That keeps me going until lunch--a bowl of cuke and tomato slices, some tuna with sesame and flax crackers or tabbouleh or Greek yogurt, dinner is salmon or chicken and salad. Then I've been having a blueberry, cacao, maca and almond milk blast after din.
