Give us some feed back. Let me know how I can help you.

I hope everyones is having a great summer. Where I live in South Carolina we have been having an unusually wet and stormy summer. Grateful for the rain though.

I got my NutriBullet a little over a week ago, at first I just tried a couple blasts and still ate normal. Starting on Sunday this week I started doing 2 blasts a day (most days) and keeping track of my calories on MyFitnessPal. I am happy to report that I lost 3.6 lbs. :) Tina

Wow! Congrats!! Keep up the good work!
Tina that's awesome. Congrats on the weight loss!! keep up the good work! If I can be of any assistance please let me know. healthy wishes Wally Bishop C.N.C.
Thanks Sarah and Wally! I lost another 2.6 lbs this week for a total of 6.2 pounds lost in two weeks! Tina
good Job Tina on losing. Movegood Job Tina on losing. Move the body too. Calaries sure can add up in those blast. So always good to keep track. and if you need to after a while, weight slows go to small cup.
Glad you asked....August 1st is my new "Day One" of a stricter-than-usual meal plan. I weighed in at 135# (when I started using my NutriBullet last December I was 145). I would like to be around 127#... I don't normally weigh myself because I fluctuate a bit up or down, but during a serious loss plan I weigh every day for incentive! 8-) I'm 5'7" so I will be lookin' mean and lean!!!! ha. Another incentive is a small getaway vacation in two weeks....a big deal for a rancher/farmer since we NEVER seem to get away!
Great job cattlegirl! Incentives do help. Instead of being so strict move a little more. and remember never eat less than 1200 calories for more than 2 days in a row unless you are supplementing your diet. healthy wishes Wally Bishop C.N.C.
Did my first blast last Thursday morning and weighed myself this morning: FIVE-POINT-FOUR-POUNDS-DOWN! I am so happy I could dance--hey, maybe I will; get a little more movement into my life, right? I am especially pleased because this isn't a "week one" weight loss, where we all tend to drop a chunk as our bodies shed excess water and toxins--although that certainly may be what is happening for me simply because I have added so much fresh food to my regular diet. No, this is "just" week number 59 since I got a little more serious about thoughtful consumption in ALL aspects of my life. We were buying a new home and leaving the old, the one with the swimming pool!, so I knew that I would not have that as an outlet for activity and strengthening in the future. So I had then resolved to be mindful of my eating, going for healthier and less. This week's loss brings my total to 75.8 pounds. I still have a long way to go, but I know HOW to do it and I know WHY to do it, and my NutriBullet is gonna HELP me do it!
Well BobbiAnne you are doing great! Over 75#? Too awesome! That is certainly incentive to keep going. The thrill of moving and having a new home will also keep you in a positive mode I would think. I'm holding my own on weight loss too....purchased a designer dress at a second-hand store that is a little treat to myself - looks not too bad 8-). And to those of you out East: send a little rain this way for my corn and soybeans please.
Awesome job BobbieAnne! Keep doing what you are doing, its working. You are agreat example of how a lifestyle change can CHANGE your health in such a positive way! Healthy Wishes wally Bishop C.N.C.
WOW...you are all doing so well !! I have been blasting at least once a day (veggies/fruit/coconut water/boost) and sometimes twice...have not lost an ounce. Dinner or whatever my regular meal is consists of healthy lettuce, mushrooms, onions, and sometimes grilled shrimp w/ balsamic vinegar dressing...not an over amount. I do feel better but would feel a whole lot better if some weight would go away. Keep up the good work everyone and I will keep blasting !
CONGRATS!!! I have been blasting to replace my morning meal for one week now. I like my NB and have learned to enjoy my blasts. My problem --I stay hungry and Im feardul I may unintentionally sabotage my weight loss goals. HELP SOMEBODY. Does anyone else have this challenge?
Virge, I'm no expert, but if you are doing one of the phase one green drinks, that's not really a meal replacement--you may need to add a little something to your morning. I typically have my blast of kale or spinach, half a banana, half an apple and almonds with water very early--between 4 and 6 am depending upon my schedule" then a bowl of steel cut oats, plain!, at around seven am. That keeps me going until lunch--a bowl of cuke and tomato slices, some tuna with sesame and flax crackers or tabbouleh or Greek yogurt, dinner is salmon or chicken and salad. Then I've been having a blueberry, cacao, maca and almond milk blast after din.
Thanks very much! This is my second week and I really want to stick with it I lost almost 2 pounds and Im trying to get some momentum and not go backwards. Thanks for the tips. I will try it.

Make sure you are adding enough protein and healthy fats to keep you full in your meal replacement Blasts. Try adding one of these options: 1 tablespoon of hemp seeds, 1 tablespoon of chia seeds, 1/4 avocado, 1 scoop of vegan protein like vega one, sunwarrior, garden of life raw protein.
After three weeks, I am down a total of 8.1 pounds. *And* I slipped into a "decade"--that middle number in my weight--I haven't been in in 15 years. I'm doing well.
BobbieAnne you are doing great keep it up. Congratulations! You inspire others to lose weight and get healthy. Healthy wishes Wally Bishop C.N.C.
I've actually either gained weight or stayed the same. When I juiced only I lost 20 pounds. I can't say the same with the Nutribullet.
Updating here--finally crossed the 80-pounds-down mark, and am psyched. It has been a long haul, but turning to the nutribullet two months ago helped break a plateau and then muster a hump in the road. Sustained a back strain while exercising a couple of weeks ago and am still moving slow and feeling achy. Oy. Blast on, me and all!
BobbieAnne that is awesome! Congratulations and I know how much better you are feeling now. Slow and easy on the back but keep it up. I am so impressed by your motivation. I wish everyone could have your determination so that they could experience that great feeling when you have lost so much weight. I am so proud of you! Healthy wishes Wally Bishop C.N.C.
At -84.2 this week. This has been the first week since early September that I did not have at least one blast each day, but I stayed with my conscious-consumption process and continue to send my way down. I have a long way yet to go and am kind of freaked that my body has really not changed all that much despite the significant loss. It is more like my body fat is "honeycombing" rather than melting away...I am no longer hard with fattiness, but am softening all over. Anybody have any words of encouragement that I will one day become SMALLER as well as lighter??
BobbieAnne it takes time for the body to adjust and depending how much you needed to lose it may not show up as much. Don't get discouraged. This is not about loosing weight this is about getting healthy by living healthy. Over time everything will work out. It took me 2.5 years to lose about 220 pounds. As I exercised my body shape and compisition changed. You are doing great. Keep exercising and blasting! You took a short break and we all need that from time to time. Healthy wishes Wally Bishop C.N.C.
I was losing weight and was down about 13lbs. in 4 weeks, and then my extractor blades started leaking black oil. I didn't fill out my warranty card when I bought my NB in Sept. '12 at Target. I SHOULD have! So instead of going round and round with CS, I just decided to order a new extractor blade. It should arrive here on Oct. 31. I will be so happy to be blasting again!!!
Congratulations on your weight loss! Keep it up and keep us informed of your progress. Healthy wishes Wally Bishop C.N.C.
Down 87 pounds as of this morning, and adding something new to my repertoire--I have ordered an Aerogarden and will be growing my own greens and herbs on the countertop. It looks pretty cool there next to my Nutribullet. Healthy living in my face every single day! Yes!
BobbieAnn you are a lady on a mission! I love hearing your reports, keep them coming. You are an inspiration. Let us know know how easy and well the aerogarden works. Healthy wishes Wally Bishop C.N.C.

Wonderful!!! Good for you. Isn't it amazing how making one small healthy change leads to so many more! =)
-92.2; will I hit triple digits through the holidays?! Gonna try. Will not be unrealistic, but will continue to balance and will eat what I please *mindfully*. NO QUESTION the blasts have helped me keep my healthy goals at the front of my mind!
Wow congratulations BobbieAnn! that is awesome. I am your biggest cheerleader! I wish all of my clients were as motivated and dedicated as you are. Keep it up. Thanks for the updates. It inspires me to continue to teach and educate, some people like you do waant it. Healthy Wishes wally Bishop C.N.C.
