How far in advance can I create a nutriblast?

Do you have any suggestions on best recipe that I can make in advance?

l have had my Nutribullet for 3 wks now... my one beef is the recipes that are in the book.... l can't even put 1/4 of what they call for... it is like glue.... so if l only put a 1/4 of what they call for am l still getting the full benifit of my nutriblast !!!! an what's with the amounts.... if you can't use it

You can freeze the leftovers either before blending or after! Since the book came out, we've adjusted the quantities to better fit the cups. Sorry for the inconvenience. As long as you are getting in your fruits, veggies, and boosts, you will for sure reap the benefits vs. if you weren't consuming them. The goal is to aim for the 7-9 servings of fruits and veggies a day that is recommended. The NutriBullet is a tool to help you get there. Try to add in as much nutrition as possible without cramming it into the cup.
