How has the NutriBullet changed the way you eat?

As someone who loves using my NutriBullet at least once per day, I would love to know how you have changed the way you eat since purchasing the machine. 

For me...I drink a smoothie in the morning no matter what (protein shake with berries), and if I am up for it, I throw in a second blast before or after lunch. 

What can I say...I love my NutriBullet.

Scott I do smoothies at least twice per day and many times more often. It is so much easier for absorption and is extending the life of my digestive organs! Thanks Wally Bishop C.N.C.
I love my NutriBullet! I have already begun stepping out of my normal fruits/veggies box and have been able to try new fruits and veggies that I have never ate before! I also enjoy two smoothies a day, it gives me that extra boost of energy to get through the day. :)
I have been useing my bullet for 17days, Eating healthy. Watching calaries. I feel better. The only thing, I have only lost 3 lbs. Weight has been holding for week. Upping the greens more and today I walked my 1st. mile. One thing my smoothies are very dark to light greens. Going to look into more on Green smoothies.There are so many green smoothies sites out there and at Barns and nobles. My smoothies are very thick and good. Oh, Do u think my weight is holding because, Im having my smoothies to late in day? (8pm or so??{ I dont go to bed until 1am I have lunch and dinner, no snacking.

Congrats on your first mile and all the healthy changes you've made! To answer your Q...no, I don't think your "plateau" is because you are having your NutriBlast later in the day. Weight loss is congruent on several conditions. Head over to the weight loss forum for some great advice from Wally and myself. Three pounds in 17 days is a great achievement so don't sell yourself short! It will take some time for your body to adjust to a new way of eating. In addition, it will depend on what ingredients you are including in your NutriBlast, what you are eating outside of Blasting, and how many calories (not too many and not too few) you consume in a day. It will also depend on your exercise, sleeping, and stress habits.
I have been using my bullet since the beginning of February. I have cleansing detox in the am, and oatmeal, protein mid morning snack, healthy lunch, healthy protein mid pm snack and an all vegi blast for dinner. I have NO CRAVINGS for junk. I have NO CRAVINGS for sugar. I have lost 10lbs and have loads of energy... I walk 3 miles a day with my dog... all in all the Nutri bullet changed my life.
I purchased my NutriBullet 2 weeks ago. God, I LOVE IT. First week me and my wife were blasting twice a day. Sometimes having a third carrots and apples juice made on a juicer. Now we are on a NutriBullet 7 day fasting. 4 blasts a day. We are currently in our third day and going strong! Usually in the morning I like doing a more fruity one. (Banana, apple, blueberries, cranberries, strawberries, greens [spinach, kale, arugula, celery] turmeric, maca powder, cacao nibs and chia seeds) and in the evening I drink 3 more towards the green side. I use whatever i find. Sometimes they taste great, sometimes not so good but I know I'm doing the right thing for my body and my health. Next week we are traveling to Colombia, so starting Saturday we are going to slowly reintroduce food on our diets. We are definitely eating healthier though.

How exciting and good for you! Let us know some of your favorite combos that you've enjoyed.
