How Long for Results

I see many recipes for different problems (cholesterol, inflammation, energy, sleep, etc.).  By only doing one or two NutriBlasts a day, wouldn't it take weeks to see any results in any of these conditions?  Comments, results, experience comments would be appreciated.  Thank you.

Although food contains many healing properties, it is not going to act like medication in the body with immediate results. You are correct that it can take several weeks to see results. Most people report feeling more energized within the first week of making a dietary change and including more Blasts. Everyone's body reacts differently.
Hi , I have been Using myHi , I have been Using my nutribullet for some ten days now . I love it ... Been very good making predominantly Green smoothies for Breakfast and Lunch and followed by a sensible Dinner . Lots of water ect... Something is setting me off with gurgling haha for want of a better word , by late afternoon I am trying to work out what it is . Jumped on the scales this morning and I was so disappointed to have lost little or no weight . Is this usual at first I wonder if it is lag time . Am I doing something wrong , or should I just press on . Law of averages says it must lose weight Surely I would appreciate some input . Thanks
Deb, I have been doing blast{As I call them for almost 15 months{This july 1st. At first it was hard on knowing what kind of things to use and for me the calarie count on my blast. Weight loss is slow{As we age. You must walk and do some kind of Exerscing also. And keep reading sites on green smoothies. Lots of tips out there. Go to to wed site.>> Incredible smoothies.com{They even have it on face book.[I love that site. If you really work hard and just sit small goals{Even get a Weight loss or blasting buddy to do with. When u go out to eat make better healthier choices. I lost almost 4o)lbs in 14 months. Iam healthier and I love all that I have learned to do. Good luck and stay with it. Better then what u would be with out doing this and the right foods. Then if u had no plan.Just see what this last 6 months will get u. and then next year start over and keep doing. Has to be a way of life.and it will be when u see the results. Just takes time. and slower then most of us would like. So easy to be fat and un healthy then it is to be fit . You have to like you also. You can.
