How long until you noticed a difference in how you feel?

I didn't know where to post, so I hope this is ok?

I have had my NB since 11 August, so just over 2 weeks now, I am not a healthy lady, I am morbidly obese mainly because of health and mobility problems, which have gradually got worse since the late eighties, I have nerve damage in my spine, Fibromyalgia, polyarthralgia, ME, Low Immune system and a number of other things.

I do not have high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes or any of the other weight related issues, mainly I think because I have been vegetarian for over 30 years, I used to be very fit before I had a couple of accidents and got other illnesses, I do not eat a lot of fat because I have no gall bladder, so can't eat much fat anyway.

I have been one phase one for 2 weeks now and was hoping to feel different by now, maybe some more energy, less pain etc, but I don't feel any different, in fact I currently have a chest infection, a UTI and a skin infection and so on antibiotics again!

I was wondering how long other people were using the NB before they noticed any difference?

On a plus not I have lost 8lbs, so very happy about that.

Many thanks

Glenda

Hi Glenda, I felt a diffrence in my first week. Increase energy, have not lost weight, but felt much better overall.
HI! I also felt much better in the first week, although I had been eating bread, red meat and lots of dairy products and no longer was. I think we have a different reason to have felt better. You already were eating healthy. It is a great start to have lost, so keep going! Are you adding boosts to your smoothies? Just give it some more time and see how it goes.

Changes can be slow, especially when your system is toxic. Once you make a healthy change your body will go through a detox phase, especially if you are not use to eating nutrient dense foods. This may cause you to feel worse before you feel better. Hang in there, you will start to feel better! Make sure you are building your Blasts with at least half veggies for maximum health benefits. Congrats on the weight loss, that will only help improve symptoms and make you a healthier person.
Hi, and welcome, I have beenHi, and welcome, I have been doing this since April 1st,of this year. I feel great. , you are way a head of the goal[To get healthy. You were eating right. The key is to blast with healthy veggies and low sugar fruits. Get things like>Chia seeds, hemp seeds. gojia berries. maca, and other things. and try Matcha green tea. I just started useing and love it. But ask Dr. first if you need. Add to blast.> But I would add just one of those boost at a time on diff.days. Also i just added 1scoop. whey protien to blast. and i take b12 too. and the biggest key . Try to move body. even if it is for 5 mins at a time. -2-4times aday. Also if you have friend to do this with it helps to report. You can do it if you really want to change. No one but you know your body and what it can do. As time goes by u will be able to do more. Hope u have a good day and healthy months ahead. kind I must take my hat off to you Glenda, You are a vegetarin. Im trying to eat that way now, since i have been doing this. But I would like to have just chicken, and cheeses and such. But dont know if that is a vegetarian or not. Im adding more healthy fats to. and not fat free stuff like i use to do. So getting on here and learning I have come a long way in short time. I keep my cals.1200.and try to weigh once a month. but that part is hard. i also gave up diet pop. So Glenda we can do this. free free to write anytime. as there is always a helping hand.
