I'm new and getting ready to start the process, but I'm not real sure where to start...which blasts to start with. There is so much information, I'm on overload. Can anyone help me get started? Which blasts to start with and how many times a day do I start with. Appreciate any and all help.
It depends what your goals are with Blasting. If you are Blasting for weight loss I would start by replacing breakfast with a Blast in the Tall cup. If you are looking for more energy and incorporating healthy fruits and veggies in your diet you can add a blast around 10am everyday or around 3pm everyday. Try building your Blast with 1/2 veggies, 1/4 low glycemic index fruits like cherries, berries, peaches, apricots, figs, grapefruit and apples and using coconut water, water or unsweetened almond milk as your base. If you want to add in a boost try a half inch of ginger, chia seeds, hemp seeds, maca powder or goji berries for an added nutrition kick.
