How many times a day is everyone blasting?

1 x a day.

I Blast one time a day... ButI Blast one time a day... But sometimes I'll also make a small cup dessert Blast if I get a sweet craving ;)
I started having a nutriblast for breakfast, making one in the large cup, and drinking the entire blast. In the evening, I have another for "desert", a couple of hours after dinner, and use the small cup for that.
Usually for breakfast, a large blast. Once or twice a week I may do a veggie-only blast. (Maybe 3) So about 8-10 blasts per week.....
I'm new and getting ready to start the process, but I'm not real sure where to start...which blasts to start with. There is so much information, I'm on overload. Can anyone help me get started? Which blasts to start with and how many times a day do I start with. Appreciate any and all help.
I usually do a fruit blast, with some spinach or carrots in the morning. I think a veggie overload first thing in the morning can be tough on your digestive system, and is better later on in the day when you have consumed other things.
I do 1 most of the time, but if I could I would do 2. Due to the way I work it is not an option, since I am gone from 7am - 10 pm. I am trying to figure out how I could take to work at 7 & drink at 5 with max benefits, but have not come up with a solution yet. Anyone have thoughts on this?
I am very active so I do two really good blast every day. healthy wishes Wally Bishop C.N.C.

It depends what your goals are with Blasting. If you are Blasting for weight loss I would start by replacing breakfast with a Blast in the Tall cup. One of the easiest and most popular Blasts is made in the tall cup: 1 cup of spinach, 1/4 cup of blueberries, 1/4 cup strawberries, 1/2 banana, 1 scoop of Superfood Superboost and coconut water to the max line. You can also cut the ingredients in half and make this in your short cup as an afternoon snack. If you are looking for more energy and incorporating healthy fruits and veggies in your diet you can add a blast around 10am everyday or around 3pm everyday. Try building your Blast with 1/2 veggies, 1/4 low glycemic index fruits like cherries, berries, peaches, apricots, figs, grapefruit and apples and using coconut water, water or unsweetened almond milk as your base. If you want to add in a boost try a half inch of ginger, chia seeds, hemp seeds, maca powder or goji berries for an added nutrition kick.

Take your unit with you to work and pre-pack your tall cup with ingredients at home. Then you can Blast at work. http://www.nutriliving.com/store/product/nutribullet-go-travel-bag
I have one in the morning with some greens and frozen fruits topped with almond milk, seeds, nuts and whey protein. This keeps me full all morning. I have regular which I prepare myself and take to work. I snack in the afternoon and I have another smoothie in evening mostly veggies and water. This seems to work for me.
I make one first thing AM, then another when I get home from work. I like to keep one pre-made in the fridge. (1) it is extra delicious when it is very cold and (2) that way when I go "snack hunting" in my fridge- I just grab my yummy Blast and enjoy my delicious and nutritious drink. I change up the combo of veggies/fruit for every Blast for variety in flavor and nutrition! That way I cycle through all the ingredients. My fridge looks like the produce section of the grocery store! NutriBullet is THE ONLY way I would or could ever eat so healthy!
The more I have -the more I want! It seems my body "craves" these!
