how is this one for "warding off a cold"?

Seems like an early cold-flu season hit my kids' school this year.  In the interest of boosting the vitamin C intake and helping me fight off any bugs out there:

half-full cup of spinach

a few grapes/blueberries

4 strawberries

a peeled clementine (orange)

3 tbsp oatmeal

1-2 tbsp chia seeds

a handful of goji berries

water: to just under the max line

It was delicious, (seemed to be likie drinking liquid sunshine!) but I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions as to whether I am hitting my goal (of boosting my effort to boost the immune system)?

Looks great! Get some lemon, honey and ginger in there for an added immunity boost! =)
I was also thinking ginger. I hadn't thought of honey but that's a good one too. Especially local honey. A tsp a day keeps allergies at bay :)
