I peeled, cut in 4 pieces, and froze in bag about 20 bananas. But when I went back to pick up some pieces to add to my blast, all I found was a frozen block of banana which was hard to breal apart.

How to freeze them properly so that pieces do not stick to each other?

I like to keep them whole and then I break them in half when I am using them to Blast. It helps to keep them from sticking together.
freeze pieces of banana on a cookie sheet and add them to container after they are frozen solid.
Hi everyone I'm sure thatHi everyone I'm sure that I've read somwhere that bananas should be frozen with the skins on - I've done this but I can't then get the skins off to blast them. Does this mean that the frozen skin should go into the blast too? Sorry if this sounds bonkers! Thanks Jane

I place about 5-7 cut up peeled bananas in 2-3 inch pieces in a gallon freezer bag, and place the bag flat in the freezer. After they are frozen, I just hit the bag on a counter a couple of times, and the pieces all come apart.
I looked this up and the answer s simple ... If you freeze with the peal on then let it defrost some before tying to peal , if you want slices cut into slices and lay them out on wax paper on a cookie sheet and then put it in your freezer for 30 minutes then you can place the pieces into a Ziploc bag and leave it in the freezer.

Not a crazy question, trust me =). You can Blast with the skins on but I prefer to take them off. Peel your bananas before you put them in the freezer. I like to break them in half, but them in a ziplock and put them in the freezer to have on hand for the week.
