So how is everyone doing with their new new wellness journey with the NutriBullet? I use mine at least twice a day. Remember the real benefits come from being consistant in getting great nutrition to bring your nutritional stores up to maximize levels. Then your body begins to really change.

Try to get some of every color every day!

I have been doing 1 blast a day for 23 days. Useig more greens then fruit last few days. Lost 5 1/2 lbs. Last two days used 1 hand full sweet peas, last night put in 3/4 cup sweet peas.Might cut down to 1/2cup when i do again. But the peas added a nice smooth kick.{and was good. On my greens I use 3-4 hand fulls spinach.Found out if I cut my greens I can get more in cup{Big.{ Bring greens to max line. Tonight thinking of doing greens with frozen mixed veggies{Big veggie cuts. should be able to get a hand full of those and see what I can come up with. Useing 1T ground flax seed or 1T chia seeds. And knowing how many cals my blast are or close as I can . I dont count the calaries on my greens{Spinach ect. for those are hard to do and I think so low in cals,should not matter as much. I keep coming here each day and it helps.
Kind you are doing awesome, keep it up!! Really other than starchy veggies there is not much need to count their calories. Green peas are one veggie most people forget about but they are very nutritious. Healthy Wishes Wally Bishop C.N.C.
