Just received my nutri blast and books, Was hoping to find some recipes for hunger control. My husband fights the feeling of being hungry all the time. Does anyone have some recipes for hunger control that they have tried?

Hunger or mostly cravings usually happen due to blood sugar imbalance. Here's two great articles about Blasting for Blood Sugar Control along with ingredient ideas and recipes! In addition, foods that add bulk to a NutriBlast and help fill you up are: nuts and nut butters, chia seeds, banana, avocado, almond milk (unsweetened), flax seeds, and protein powders.
Thank you for the reply. I will give those a try. He doesn't get cravings for foods just always feels hungry. The foods that add bulk might work to make him feel full longer.
