I have only been using my Nutribullet for 4 days and already my blood pressure has come down significantly. I have come off of 1 of the 3 meds I was on all together and will start taking 1/2 of one of the others because I am dizzy when I get up and my blood pressure is now 109/72. I check it daily now..For someone who is always borderline high or high even on 3 different meds, this is almost unbelievable for me.  I am sure a lot of it is that I have cut way down on salt. I will be amazed if I can come off of all of them eventually. I am totally shocked that food could have this much effect. I never ate any veggies before because I just don't like them. But I can't tell I am getting them in the drinks made in the nutribullet. I am so impressed I ordered one for my daughter too.

Yay!! Such great news. Happy Blasting :)
I too have seen a substantial decrease. I'm still on my meds, but will make an appointment with dr in the new year.I want to have about a month of readings. I started on 12/8 at 143/92 and today, I am at 114/78. I haven't seen numbers like this in years. Even after losing 15 pounds with weight watchers and trying all types of supplements. The power of healthy foods is amazing!
I have tried the Phase 1 of Detoxifying for a week (spinach, banana, apple, pineapple, pear), which I really love and noticed then that my blood pressure started to drop, when I switch to the Blood Pressure recipes, (I Heart Antioxidants!), it doesn't seem to work. I am not sure if I need to stick to the same recipe or switching to a different recipe would have different effect. I bought my NB on 3/15. So maybe, I am being impatient. It seems like I am not getting the same result like others. Should I stay on the same recipe (detox) or try another recipe or maybe do both (detox and blood pressure recipe)? I would appreciate your reply to my question.
I first got my nurti bullet on march 10 and ever since then i have found that it made such a big difference in my life. i have better sleeps, better health and (of course)a better life!
give the drink a couple of days to settle in to your system, trust me i would not be saying that if the nurti recipes did not work, because they do

Hi Camden, which recipe did you start with in lowering your BP? Do you intend to use the same recipe? I am not sure if switching to blood pressure recipes will give the same result. I think the results vary depending on the person's health?

This is absolutely correct, everyone is different and will react to foods differently. The recipes are designed to include ingredients shown to help with certain conditions, such as high potassium foods to help lower blood pressure. However, like I said, you are your best judge and if you find something that works better for you, then follow that. Also, you must give your body time to adjust. If you're not used to eating these types of foods, then your body will need some time to adjust. Also know that some foods interact with medications so be sure there's no ingredient that is contraindicated with your meds if applicable.
