While on the subject of Kale...I undersatnd its health benefits...but on a side note, I get the worst gas everytime I use it! I'm not talking the bloating kind, I'm talking you need to be a good 10 feet away from me for most of the day! It's terrible!
I'm considering dropping using it all together, unless someone can give me some advice...
Try using swiss chard, spinach or mixed lettuce greens. Every one has a different reaction to certain foods, if this is the only food you notice giving you bad gas then eliminate it from your regimen. If the gas is an ongoing problem their may be other underlying issues.
