Leave the rind on citrus fruit?

This question has probably been addressed somewhere here, but I can't find it the answer.  When using citrus fruit in a blast, should you peel it first, or just blast with the rind still attached (after washing the fruit first, of course).?

You could leave the rind on, however it makes it quite bitter. I like to peel it and then include a bit of the zest. Here's a handy prep guide: http://www.nutriliving.com/infographics/extraction-prep-chart
