To Whom It May Concern:

My husband and I have a debate over certain foods and whether or not the ENTIRE food goes into the NutriBullet.  In certain recipes, it calls for Lemon (juiced), others do not.  Does that mean that the entire lemon, peel and all goes in?  Same with limes, oranges and other foods such as carrots, apples, etc.?

Thank-you for your attention to this matter.  We have been loving using the NutriBullet, but we want to make sure we are using it correctly and following the recipes appropriately.

Check out this chart for prep: http://nutribulletblog.com/faq/peelingde-seeding/ Some people use the rinds and some people choose to leave them out. I usually leave the rind out as it can give your Blast a moderately bitter taste.
