Looking for Breakfast Blast Ideas

I'm hoping this is in the right area but I am looking for breakfast blasts that leave you a little more satified. I have almost been on the program for a week and well I notice that I crash around 2 hours later. Any Ideas or point me in the right direction would be awesome and thank you!!! :)

I have this problem with certain Blasts as well. I usually add foods that I know will help keep me full like whole, rolled oats, avocado, handful of almonds, vegan protein powder, coconut oil, 1/2 cup cooked butternut squash or 1/4 of a cooked sweet potato, hemp seeds and chia seeds. Those are all great options to up the healthy fat, fiber and protein, all of which will help keep you feeling full much longer.
