I need to pick the last of the kale and swiss chard from my garden.

I have a lot of it! What's the best or favorite way to keep it, beyond a few days?

Blanch and freeze, dehydrate, etc?

Thanks in advance.

Thanks Nutriliving for the timely article "Top 10 Greens to Blast!" by Krista Haynes, R.D. That answered my questions. Thanks!
Is swiss chard similar to collard greens and kale, in taste, or is it more bitter? I love kale and collard greens in my blast, bu have been hesitant to try swiss chard.
I think it is a bit milder, esp rainbow chard (it has red or orange stems). I think it tastes somewhat like beets. Give it a try!

When I buy either Kale, collard greens, or spinach, I just toss them in a freezer baggie, and freeze them. They last for a long time, without spoiling and make for a cold blast.
So glad the article helped :)
