Low carb just got better
I've been doing a low carb lifestyle for the past 15 months with very good success. My lab numbers have improved in cholesterol screens as well as my sugars. I have struggled getting in enough veggies into my diet as I just don't like them. I've only had the Nutribullet for 2 days and I have found a way to get more veggies into my diet in a day then I was in a week. I can't wait to see what happens in the coming months.
