Some people may have a reaction with it when they first use it, as it is a powerful superfood. If you are using it and feeling great, don't worry! However, it is recommended to rotate your maca, as your body can become accustomed to it which makes it less potent in the body. By using it for a week or two and then rotating off for a week, you will continue to receive the same health benefits.
