making drink at home and then taking to work

Hi - am thinking about making a drink in the morning and taking to work for later - any tips on whether or not this works well, or ways to make it work out best?  I can experiment on my own, but was curious as to how the drink looks a few hours later - thx.

Anne you can but it is best to drink the blast within an hour or so of blasting. The longer you wait, the antioxidant power begins to diminish as well as some vitamins and the enzymes that naturally occur will begin to breakdown the foods making the texture, taste and color of the blast change. You can do the blast and them vacuum seal it, that will slow down the antioxidant and vitamin loss but will not slow down the enzyme action. I hope this helps, Healthy Wishes Wally Bishop C.N.C.
