I have to admit that I’m a bit of a light-weight with my NutriBullett, what I mean is I have to include fruits into the mix, I’m not a straight veggies Nutriblast guy yet. With that said, I’ve began to figure out some tasty mixes, mixes whereby the fruit complements the veggies, or vice versa.
To my taste anyway, I’ve found that certain fruits such as watermelon, cantaloupe, grapes, and even mango, (I love them all individually) don’t carry a nice flavor when mixed with say … broccoli, kale, or collard greens, however, when mixed with greens like lettuce, romaine lettuce, or spinach, (and your choice of seeds and/or nuts) you end up with a very light, almost tropically tasting drink.
Don’t get me wrong, I enjoy daily a Nutriblast containing stronger tasting greens like broccoli, and/or kale, and/or collard greens, but I’ll mix these with the fruits that seem to me at least, mix better, fruits like banana’s, pineapple, and avocado mix real nice with the stronger greens.
Just thought I’d pass that on to anyone who was having a hard time with flavors.
