My question is this. When I first got my Nutribullet I made blasts not geared to any specific health concern but I now want to use it to make smoothies for specific health concerns. I started making a Banana Mango Tumeric Blast for my arthritis, which I must say tastes incredible. There are other ingredients that I would like to add but wasn't sure if this would make the blast less effective? In otherwards, do these special blasts work because the ingredients work in conjuntion with each other and a deviation from the recipe makes them less effective?
