I am looking for recipes that will help with all that I need. I am a mother of three, ages ranging from 12 years old to 10 months old. I am always on the go (softball, baseball, more baseball, kids school an hour away, mom stuff and a 10 month old). And we would like to have one more child.

I am focusing on overall nutrition, weight loss (since the baby), hormone balance and energy.

Any suggestions?

If you don't have it already, the Natural Healing Foods book contains recipes for hormone balance and energy and overall nutrition. In addition, you have all the recipes on this site - use the search function on the recipes tab and articles tab for ideas! Also, check the other forums - the weight loss forum and exercising forums have some suggestions already posted. If NutriBlasting for weight loss, I recommend using them as a meal replacement. There are no proven recipes per se, but there are some foods that may help satiate (reducing overall food consumption), balance blood sugar levels, or boost metabolism. In addition, you must be mindful of the total amount of calories in your NutriBlast and how that plays into your daily allotment. Some great additions to your Blast include cinnamon, chia seeds, raw apple cider vinegar (I like Bragg's), more veggies vs. fruits, if fruit then low sugar options like berries, raw cacao and some protein and healthy fats maybe from a touch of hemp seeds, a few almonds or walnuts or some cooked quinoa.
Thanks for the tips Krista! You always come through with some of the best responses! :-)
