Chinese broccoli

banana

pineapple

blueberries

blackberries

flax seeds

coconut milk

water

oh it was so good and filling. This was my second one for the day. My breakfast blast had kale, pineapple, papaya, goji berries, coconut milk and water. Delish. Because Ive had a gastric bypass, sometimes when I eat my food doesnt sit right, feels like its gotten stuck along the way and is painful. The nutribullet works out great cause if I add a scoop of protein powder Ive got a nice healthy meal replacement and because its liquid it doesnt get stuck.

Sounds great! Also try using low glycemic fruits in your Blasts like apples, pears, peaches, figs, grapefruits, berries, cherries and apricots. This will help keep your blood sugar low and not put as much stress on your pancreas! The protein powder is a great addition and will help keep your blood sugar stable and will help keep you full longer.
