Hi, this is Nicole from Spain, and   few days ago I received the NutriBullet here in Spain.Yesterday I tried the device, and the first attempt I had bad luck,  the engine burned . sparks and smoke came out, I was scared.

Ok.  What can I do? I hope to have your understanding and your help. thanks

Did you have a Nutribullet that was made to connect to 120 Volts AC, and plug it into a 220 volt line? If so, you destroyed the motor.

AFter nearly a year , I recently start smelling rubber burn. eeek. Is it that my electrical unit in my apartment can't handle the voltage? I mean I only use it once a day.
