NB Newbie: stay at home mom: looking for support/recipes for lower cholesterol/weight loss
i am a stay at home mom of 5 beautiful children (ages 13-2). this relatively new "carreer" change has brought on extra unwanted weight and newly founded high cholesterol.
i find it hard to find time to eat appropriately and at the right times during my day.
after logging my habits for a few weeks, i saw a pattern of eating out unneccassarily and excessive eating at later hours than reccomended (aaahhhh, everybody is in bed and settled and its 9:00....PIG OUT)
i have done a complete overhaul of my eating habits and have lost 12 lbs in 4 weeks, but i KNOW i can do better!
i really have no excuse why i can't get my eating under control!
i took the dive and commited myself to the NutriBullet.....so any helpful hints, recipes is greatly welcomed.
i read somewhere on here that you can add friends but nobody i know is doing this seriously so please add me or whatever the proccess is!!!!
