Need Blast recipes for PMS and cramps bsides the onees already posted

I suffer from bad periods with very heavy bleeding, and cramps...especially the first few days (like many others).  Does anyone have any Blast or smoothie recipes that would help with those symptoms???  I already have seen the ones posted on the NL site so I am only looking for new ones.  Please help!!!  I have been using my NutriBullet almost daily since about mid May/early June and drink at least 1 Blast/Green Monster/Smoothie per day sometimes 2 or 3.  I have lost at least 3 1/2  inches off my waist and 20+ pounds(and still working on losing more!).  Also my skin looks ten times better than it used to.   People  I didnt even know came up to me to tell me my skin was glowing.  I know its corny sounding but its true!!   Also I have liver disease,gi issues, as well as back/neck injuries w/ chronic pain just to name a few other things I am dealing with healthwise.  All recipes submitted are greatly appreciated.  Happy Holidays to everyone on the Nutriliving site!!!!!!!!!!!

A few suggestions I'd make are: - Iron-rich foods due to blood loss: lentils, spinach (with vitamin C-rich foods to help increase absorption), sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, Swiss chard, Blackstrap molasses - keep blood sugar levels stable and don't skip meals - vitamin B-rich foods: banana, oats, almonds, broccoli, sweet potato - Healthy fats from avocado, pumpkin seeds, walnuts - Avoid refined sugar - Increase potassium: bananas, Swiss chard, spinach, papaya, beets, tomatoes cantaloupe - Increase magnesium: pumpkin seeds, spinach, Swiss chard, sesame seeds, black beans, sunflower seeds, almonds - Vitamin E: wheatgerm, nuts/seeds, asparagus, avocado - Raw cacao to quench your chocolate cravings and it is high in magnesium :)
I just bought the nutribullet I didn't know how useful this is I get really bad mood swings and maybe even anxiety at times during my monthly friend I already made my first smoothie. Any other recipes for those systems.And I do not like eating veggies so I hope by getting this blender it will help me
Great suggestions Krista! I would add tumeric root (curcumae Longae Rhizoma). Tumeric in Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) is in the category: Regulate Blood, Invigorate the Blood. Taste: spicy, bitter. Temperature: Warm. It goes to the Stomach, Spleen and Liver meridians. Functions: Invigorates blood and unblocks menstruation; promotes movement of qi and alleviates pain; and expels wind (not gas) and promotes the movement of blood. Contraindication for TCM: Pregnancy. We call pain "stagnation". Even with the heavy bleeding you have pain = non free flow of qi and blood. Also, Tumeric will help with your other chronic pain issues. It is in most of our herbal pain formulas no matter where the pain is located. As the saying goes: "Tong zhi bu tong; bu tong zhi tong" = "If there is free flow, then there is no pain; if there is pain, then there is no free flow". Happy blending!
