Need to lose weight FAST. . . 100-200 lbs. . . but don't want to die in the process

It can be done, I'm working on that proogress.....I'm currently down 81 lbs.....and have about 30 more pounds to hit my "healthy weight" of 169.....based on the very outdated "BMI" lol....a lot of it, I give credit to lots of gym time, and a lot of work on the elliptical, and about an hour-hour and a half of lifting afterwards! Also, big props to "" - they are a free service, they have an online interface you can use from a PC or mobile browser, as well as an AppStore app for Android and iPhone, that will set you up with a profile and basically tell you how many calories you should be consuming per day, what macronutrients to be shooting for (Fats, Protein, Carbs, well as calories). Number 1 though, ditch the potato chips! Though I will say my baked, thin sliced russet potatoes are 100% better than Lays! Drizzled with Extra Virgin Olive Oil and baked on a baking sheet in the oven......delicious!
