\ANY FOODS OR ARTICLES ON NEUROPATHY (NUMBNESS IN LEGS, FEET, PAIN IN LOWER BACK AND DOWN OUTER LEG AREAS)
In our Natural Healing Foods book, we have a section on "Nourishing Your Nervous System".
Most cases of neuropathy are seen in people with metabolic disorders, accumulation of toxins, or diabetes - however there are other causes.

Some things to pay attention to are:
1) Balanced blood sugar levels
2) Liver, thyroid and kidney health
3) Getting your B-vitamins
4) Exposure to toxins
5) Avoid alcohol
