New and need support and direction. I'm a little overwhelmed with all the information (which could be good). I've printed a lot and just going to start slow. I'm in perimenopause, have hypertension and I think low blood sugar (have to eat several times a day or I'm light headed, shaky, and feel like I'm going to pass out). Oh ya and want to lose about 20 lbs. Ready to fix all this stuff! Any suggestions?
