Hi! I'm Linda from Denver. I just got the new NutribulletRX and the book that came with it has a quiz in it to help you decide which color foods best meet your needs. It says that the quiz can also be taken online at this website. Does anybody know where this thing is?

Cheers,

Linda

Hi. I'm Tom from Snohomish. I just bought my NutribulletRx and have a couple of questions. The book mentions a baseline green but doesn't say what that is. Does anyone know? I also wonder how someone is supposed to drink all these things when you work 8 hours a day and commute. I can't take the machine or food items with me. I'm sure I'm not the only one in this position. What have other people done to get around this?

It will be available online coming sometime in January.

You can use a variety of greens, spinach, mixed greens or spring greens, bok choy, swiss chard, baby kale or power greens mix as your baseline. You can make a batch and transport it in the cup with the screw on lid. Try using the smaller cup and making your Blast in there.
If the quiz indicates I need to be taking a number of different colored blasts then do I have to get more small cups to carry everything I need? Is there a book that provides guidance on putting together a meal plan for a week, using the NutriBulletRx?

Our cleanse that will be launching January 5th has a 5 day plan that includes recipes for the RX.
Hi Tom, I'm Bill from ChicagoHi Tom, I'm Bill from Chicago suburbs. I used to own a weight loss company and am very much into fitness, healthy eating and the science behind living a healthy lifestyle. As to your dilemma, you can't use it for your lunch. I recommend you just eat a subway sandwich. The evening is when you will get the most out of it. You can prepare an energy rich drink in seconds for breakfast (red, orange, yellow, purple), if you have the contents cut up and ready in a container, in the fridge. then all you do is spill the veggies and fruit (you decide what you like), add water and let it rip. I recommend you experiment with green drinks and soup in the evening, when you have time. A word of caution. I just got mine this week and today I tried making the Spicy Tomato Soup. I filled the pitcher too high and the top blew off and the soup exploded all around the kitchen. That little line that says "MAX" means business.
Hi Linda, here is where I found the assessment but like they said it is not working yet, disappointed! http://www.nutriliving.com/blog/are-you-ready-start-nutriliving#comment-13607 There is an orange button that says start assessment.
