New to Blasting, am I overdoing it with this recipe?
Brand new to juicing. But I figured if I'm going to do it, I'm going to go all in.
My daily recipe is as follows and i'd love some feedback from experienced users.
My base is either kale or spinach.
I add to that a small handful of a frozen 5 fruit mixed bag (I actually have 2 bags of differnet 5 fruit blends, so I get 10 different fruits including cherries, black berries, blueberries, strawberries, pinnapples, apples, peaches, grapes etc)
Added to that is a small handfull 5 veggies frozen mixed bag (broccoli, green breans, carrots, yellow carrots, wax beans)
I add a 1/2 avacado fresh and slice up a raw beet and put in a few slices/chunks of that in as well. Also the stems of the beet go in, good for the eyes ive read.
I splash some extra virgin olive oil in there.
I do mill up flax seed, sunflower seed, and the superfood superboost. I mill up about a cup at a time and keep it in the freezer. And in my shake I add atleast a tablespoon of that mixture.
Finally I do a 50/50 mixture of water and pineapple juice to mask some of the flavor and make it a little sweeter for my taste.
* sometimes I throw in a pro-biotic powder
And there you have it. I would love some feedback. Overdoing it? I use the frozen fruit and veggie mix because it will keep longer then buying fresh and keeps the cost down. Not to mention it makes the shake really cold which I prefer. I dont measure things precisely. I am open to suggestions and love my new Nutribullet so far. Been making one of these shakes daily.
