New to Forum, enjoying just over a month of better health

I returned home from a vacation on December 23 and my husband and I dove right into this, I immediately found relief from digestive problems, felt healthier, had more energy, and certain things just fell away because we didn't feel like doing them anymore.

We have since edged more and more toward vegan eating, clean, whole food recipes, and away from processed foods. 

I joined the forum mainly to gain other good ideas for food combos in the NB and to share other good recipes for non-NB eating. I really like making dips and such in the NB. For our NB meals I tend to make "kitchen-sink" smoothies. As someone who wants to pack in the calories, good fats and protein, I'm always searching for great combos of tastes. We're signing up for organic produce delivery, we go through so much leafy goodness!

One of my favorite ingredients to add to a veggie rich mix: fresh cilantro.
