Hi my name is Jaimee, I have only just started with the nurtibullet! I am looking forward to seeing a happier, healthier and fitter me! There are so many different  nutriblasts to make, it gets a little confusing! Any advice anyone can give to a beginner would be appreciated!

Read over our recipe section on the website and pick 2 or 3 that have ingredients that you like. Start with these and then you can begin to experiment and modify with your own ingredients and quantities. I usually like to make my blasts with half veggies, 1/4 fruits and then some nuts or seeds and water, coconut water or almond milk as my liquid. Have fun with it and start small. Use a couple ingredients, blend and taste. You can always add more! Congrats on your journey to health and wellness.
