I have IBS and would like to know what shakes I should do so I can get off of the medicine. Plus I am lactose intolerant and sensitive to gluten. My second question has to do with your super-food supplements. I am a leery about trying them as I am allergic to curry (unknown which 37 spice or combination I an allergic to and jicama. Can you tell me which one doesn't have these ingredients. I am currently using a protein powder that is low in sugar and gluten free. It's called "protein milkshake"
