I'm Victoria. So excited to start juicing. I experimented today with Kale, spinach, almond milk and some fresh almond butter. Also tried choc/vanilla smoothie with Greek yogurt. My struggle right now is to find a way to sweeten Greens without fruit. I'm on Atkins induction for another week. It's pretty restrictive, but soon I can use carrots and apples. Any ideas for this week are welcomed.
A liquid stevia might help. I also love cinnamon. Unfortunately most sweeteners contains the sugars you are trying to avoid. Unsweetened vanilla almond milk to me is a bit sweet tasting!
