Welcome, Im new too!
Hi Melissab13, I stated yesterday. went out to get fruits and veggies. I had my first drink of spinach, bananas, strawberries, blueberries, apples, grapes.I wasn't sure what it would taste like, but it wasn't bad at all! I couldn't taste the spinach! That was good....I was able to get my son to try one and he had another this morning!!! He doesn't eat veggies at all!I will also have another this morning. Needed coffee first.

I would suggest going to our recipes tab and searching recipes by specific ingredients. Pick your top 3 and start there. As you get use to the NB you will be able to figure out what you like best and your favorite flavor combos. If you want a something a bit more intense, you can start on our 3 or 5 day cleanse. This will help jump start your health and get you on the right path: 5 day: http://www.nutriliving.com/forums/cleanse-forums/clean-2014-new-years-cleanse-162014 3 day: https://nutriliving-images.imgix.net/documents/pdf/NL_Spring_Cleanse.pdf
Good morning! Just got my NB yesterday, five days after the birth of my new (and first) granddaughter. Time to get healthy! My issue is that I have SO many medical issues I don't know what to blast first! There are TOO many recipes to choose from! Do I pick one "problem" and blast that let's say, for a full week, or can I rotate the blasts around all the different problems?

The bottom line is all fruits and veggies contain healing properties and are good for overall health. As long as you are getting them into your diet, you will start to feel a difference. I would suggest picking 2-3 recipes you want to try out and rotating those throughout the week. Good luck with everything!

You are in the right place! I would suggest searching through articles and recipes that are related to your interests and start Blasting! The more you can experiment with different foods, the faster you will start to reach your goal of getting healthy!
I'm a new user as well. I was involved in a horrible auto accident, During recovery I packed on the pounds. I need to lose 80 of them! I also developed fibromyalgia, which has continued to limit my activity. Did I mention that I will be 62 this year? Doctors had me on Rx costing in excess of $750 per month. The side-effects were awful. That was not how I chose to live. I went off all Rx and pain had me up in the wee hours of the morning. That's when I saw the NurtiBullet. I have nothing to lose and everything to gain. Would love to hear from others regarding NutriBullet for chronic pain.
Just purchased our NB. We have a question. Do you peel avacado's, mangos, etc. Didn't see what to do with fruit when adding.

Welcome! I've had mine since January and I love it!!!
I'm doing this because of fibromyalgia, arthritis, high blood pressure and a sincere desire to feel better. My husband is real finicky and in the 32 years we've been married has never been one to try new foods. He likes meat, potatoes and gravy. To my surprise, he was curious and wanted to try a NutriBlast. He is diabetic. In just a few days he lost 2.5 lbs. and his glucose level decreased. That's a measurable difference. We are both very happy with the NutraBullet and this website. Hopefully we can pick up some tips and recipes from those who are more knowledgeable on this forum. It's a wonderful tool.
