Hello everyone!!  my name is mmg78 and I am new to nutriblasting!!!  I am severely overweight and would like to lose.  I am overwhelmed with the recipes and I want to get healthy.  I am a picky eater.  I went to a juicing boot camp and tried a juice that had beets in it and didn't like it.  I like bananas, strawberries, oranges, apples, blueberries and like the basic garden salad lettuce, tomato, cucumber, carrots.  Any advice on simply recipes for the new nurtriblaster is greatly appreciated.

Sincerely,

mmg78

Hi mmg78, I use my Blast every day and half the Blast, 1/2 for breakfast and 1/2 for supper. eat every 2 hours, fruit mainly. Then I eat a good healthy lunch, then fruit or veggies for snack til supper of the other 1/2 of the Blast. My main ingred. start with spinach, pineapple chunk, stevia, flaxseed, berries, greek yougert, and coconut milk. Added it up to about 260 calories a meal. This week I traded the berries for peaches. With low cal breakfast and supper, lunch can be the focus calorie meal and that is good cause you don't want to eat too many calories after 5 pm. Hope this helps. It did for me. friend me and keep intouch on how your doing and I will do the same.

Thank you for including your favorite fruits and veggies. I would start by freezing some whole strawberries and blueberries, the colder the Blast, the better, you can even use some ice in it if you want. Fill your tall cup with 1 cups of dark green salad greens, 1 small persian cucumber or 2 inches of a regular cucumber, 1/2 frozen banana, 3 frozen strawberries, 1/4 cup frozen blueberries, 1 tbsp of hemp seeds and coconut water to the max line. This is a great place to start! Keep us posted!
