Hi, I've been doing the blasting for about a week now, so far, I love it! I feel so much better! I'm type 1 Diabetic and wanted to get with other type 1's to share recipes that really have helped your diabetes in anyway! :)

Hi Lesleyann, I am not aHi Lesleyann, I am not a diabetic, but a hypoglycemic. Our pancreases work just the opposite of eachother. When my sugar levels go up from eating sugar, they go down quickly, where a diabetics sugar level goes up and up without insulin. Is this correct? What ingredients are you using in your Blast? Do you have to watch the fruit intake due to sugar levels in it? Thank you, Donna

Have you seen Laura's posts? She gives first hand info on Blasting with Type 1. Search for "Type 1 Diabetes" from our Home Page to find these.
I've been Type 1 since 1993 and using a pump since 2007. I can't say I can share recipient for the bullet yet, as it's my wife's and I've just started making breakfast shakes with it last fall. I do like it though. I add about 6-8 frozen strawberries, a cup of plain Greek yogurt, 2T crunchy peanut butter, a banana and a cup of almond milk and then thicken with ice cubes. It's really made a difference in my morning energy level.
That's correct! :) We get "high" when we don't take insulin and get "low" when we take to much insulin. I use mixed frozen fruits, kale, spinach and all veggies.
That's a long time! how are you doing with your diabetes any complications? I'm sure nutriblasting is great for us!
