I found my morning time smooth called immune boost. i was wondering what i can do for afternoon? maybe all veggies and what i should use or just make up my own? 

It is totally up to you!! I like to drink Blasts with less sugary fruits in the evening unless I'm heading to the gym and need a little energy boost. Feel free to make up your own or search through our recipe page!
I'm also concerned about the sugar in the fruit, will have to investigate how much I will be taking in.
