IHei everyone, I'm new to this but heard so many great things about Nutriliving that I want to give it a try.

Now let me explain a little about me, I'm 29 years old and was surgically diagnosed at the age of 16 with Endometriosis, the past 13 years have really been a roller coaster, including surgeries, and Doctors putting me on medications for pre-menopause since I was 18!

Since October 4th 2013 I stopped all the pain medications, antidepressants, progesterone and an injection called Lupron!! I just want to have a normal life and I must say I feel like a new person now a days! BUT I want to try to get pregnant and haven't got a period since I was 18, now since I stopped all those meds I was suppose by now to have got then it I was even prescribed Provera 10mg for 10 days about 7 weeks ago and still nothing, starting to become frustrating :(

well I spoke to my herbalist and naturopath and they told me Dong Quai and Virtex would help...4 weeks pass and nothing :( :(

I'm open to receipts or opinions

Also when your living by the Nutriliving do you guys also eat solids??

and how many times a day you drink it?

thank you in advance

Everyone is different, most of our users Blast once per day as a meal replacement or as a snack to get in some healthy additional nutrients. You can find what works best for you. infertility issues stem from a variety of reasons and without knowing the root cause I cannot provide specifics. I will recommend a wonderful book for a resource called Brighton Baby by Roy Dittmann, OMD, MH. I'd suggest getting some blood work done (hormones, any nutrient deficiencies, etc.) and visit a specialist who can perform an ultrasound to see if there's an underlying physical condition. It is also important for your partner to get a check up as well. Eating a healthy diet filled with a variety of plant-based foods in general can help balance hormones and keep you at a healthy weight - all which are helpful for conception!
