I'm new at all this healthy living, in fact I have never ate any thing green my entire life and I'm 52. Any advice as to the amount of greens an fruits I should start with ? As for fruits I only have ever eaten apples, bananas. I really don't want to put a total shock on my body by drinking foods it has never had. Any advice would be very much appreciated. Thanks, Michelle

I would start with the short cup when making your Blasts, see how your body responds to an increase in fiber. Sip slowly and start with simple recipes like these: http://www.nutriliving.com/recipes/antioxidant-blast, http://www.nutriliving.com/recipes/superboost-berry-blast Here is a great recipe for a sweet treat, or to replace dessert: http://www.nutriliving.com/recipes/banana-cream-pie-blast If you want to do an overhaul, you can try out our 5 day cleanse. This may be a good place to start to really jump start your diet and learn about a clean and healthy way to eat. http://www.nutriliving.com/forums/topics/kickoff-cleanse-super-cleanse-plan
Ok! I bought the nutribullet last saterday. For a long time I've fought my energy levels. I've been to my Dr with no success. I've taken vitamins, sublingual b 12 and more still no energy! Ok! Since saterday I've got so much energy I don't know what to do with it! It's amazing that 2 smoothies a day can do what vitamins couldnt. Thank you nutribullet! Keith Gulley
