As most of you know, fibromayalgia is not a fun thing to have. Over this winter, I have been peeling myself out of bed, depressed and bound to a life of soreness and misery. Im only 23 and have just been diagnosed. Before this, the only thing that I felt could help me were constantly taking pain pills, SSri's, muscle relaxers and I felt trapped in a dark world. Anyways, I started juicing apples and carrots and most importantly, I began getting rid of TOXINS!! even more importantly, I stopped taking in these liver killing toxins. Fried foods, artificial preservatives, GMO's, MSG- its all POISON. I guess I would say I am here to tell my story and hear from all of you. I cant say I feel like a hundred bucks every day, its not easy or fast acting like all those pharmaceuticals. Maybe we can help each other. There's hope, my friends.

Welcome!! We look forward to hearing your story unfold and so happy you've found the NutriBullet :)
I was diagnosed 1.5 years ago with Fibromyalgia. I a hate it!! I feel like I have lost my life... I take a lot of meds such as tranquilizers, muscle relaxers and opiate pain meds when needed. I desperately want to get off of these meds and heal my body through natural food sources. I also have anxiety and need to lose 50 pounds... Thanks, Gemm
I am new to NB. 1.5 weeks now. Once I began drinking spinach every day my shortness of breath slowed to a crawl. Poss iron deficiency but not sure. But I have many health issues so I'm not sure how to address them all with only one sprinkler day from only one recipe per day. Any suggestions?

I would say aim for variety. There are so many powerful nutrients in all veggies and fruits and they are all important to a healthy body. Look through the recipes on this website, you can search by specific concerns in the keywords search box, or you can find ingredients you like and use those recipes to start. Start incorporating them into your diet, aim for one Blast a day and see how you feel. Keep us posted!
Hi. I need some help. I have started blasting and need to know if it OK to drink a blast with a meal or should I use them for meals and/or snacks?
Hi Gemma...I was recently diagnosed with fibromyalgia and I also have diabetic neuropathy so I know how you feel...the blasting does help believe it or not or at least it seems to. Still on meds but hopefully it will help. Keep in touch and let me know how you are doing, k?
How long will it take to get a reply to my post? Just curious

Most people use them as a meal replacement, however you can have one with a meal - it all depends on how hungry you are, your daily caloric needs and what type of ingredients you put in your Blast (is it heartier or more like a thin drink?)...so, basically it is up to you!

We try to answer them as soon as possible...give us a day or two. We usually try to catch up on them the mornings during the weekdays. There are also some great veteran NutriBlasters that chime in :)
