Does anyone know the calorie range of the nutriblasts.   I realize it will vary depending on the fruits, veges, and boosts you are using , but just looking for some kind of idea for the basic blasts. Thanks

Try a website like this one I found: http://www.fatsecret.com/calories-nutrition/ It showed 1/2 cup spinach was 3 calories, so you can type in veg, blasts or fruit for a rough idea of the amount you're using and see what it totals or if you need to scale back to keep in line with the calories you're comfortable swallowing in one sitting. It can really add up ;-)
Thank you. I will give it a try.
That's a great website and easy to use. I was really concerned about calories adding up especially once you start adding the boosts.
I use MyFitnessPal.com and build my own recipes from the recipes I get. That way I can reuse them as I put in my calories eaten each day.
I usually use three veggies, two fruits and an extra boost such as chia seeds, flax, sunflower seeds or nuts and my blasts come in between 200 and 300 calories. I try not to worry too much about the calories from these ingredients since they are so good for me. I would rather eat a higher calorie diet that is full of real foods than a 1200 calorie per day diet of fake, processed foods. :)

One of the things you can do is use an online calorie counter to figure out the calorie content. Here is one you can use http://caloriecount.about.com/
