Hi Everyone,

My name is Natalie. I have recently moved to Yorkshire from a town called St Helens (near Liverpool). I don't have any children, I just have a dog and a rabbit.

I decided to invest in the nutribullet due to the fact that my diet has zero fruit in it. I don't like to eat fruit but don't mind drinking it (strange... I know). I decided that enough was enough and I needed to stop worrying about how many calories I consumed and worry more about how little nutrients I give to my body. I've been using nutribullet for just under a week and I'm made up with it. It's just what the doctor ordered.

Hi Natalie. I'm not a million miles from you. Lancaster. I got my Nutribullet 2 weeks ago today. A present from my hubby. Last week I was buzzing! I felt like you, most certainly didn't eat enough fruit and veg. I got ill Saturday with some virus: headache and lethargy( and a swollen eye randomly!) But hey hoo I'm persevering because that's life and the bullet ain't a miracle! I did wonder if it wasn't my body shocked by all these nutients(?!). How are you getting on with it? Do you do one or two blasts daily?
Hi All My name is Mike and IHi All My name is Mike and I just purchased the Nutribullet this week. I have been doing much research and have a few questions. I noticed-in the book with the QUIZ and the recipes that you use Kale and Broccolli. But I found many websites that tell us not to juice the Cruciferous Vegetables because of their potentially harmful side effects in the cells and on your thyroid. Also can you juice whole Oranges and Pomegranates or do you have to peel them first ,

Kale and broccoli are a very healthy addition to your Blast, if you have a thyroid problem it is best to use them in moderation. Here is a prep chart that can help answer your questions: http://www.nutriliving.com/infographics/extraction-prep-chart
