Hello, I have been using my nutribullet for about a year in the USA with great results.  I have lost weight, and my latest visit to the doctor resulted in the lowest cholesterol levels in years.  I recently moved to Japan and shipped my nutribullet with me, but when in the grocery store I noticed that not as many fruits are availble in Japan.  Can anyone give me suggestions for recipes while here?  I know that pineapple and spinach are available as well as melons.  Any ideas of good things that are native to Japan to use?

Thanks
David

Dragon fruit and star fruit are great options. You can also try frozen veggies and frozen fruits, their might be a great variety in that section and freezing foods help preserve their nutrient content.
You may be able to find these in Japan! http://www.nutriliving.com/ingredients/persimmons If you go to the store and see some unique produce, find out the name and send it to us to look into! In the meantime, experimentation is going to be fun :)
